Goat Cheese

This is Emily and Evie who are our British Sanaan goats. They are the first two of a small herd that we will milk to produce our own biodynamic cheese.

We are in the process of trying to obtain funding for a new milking parlour and cheese making dairy that will function as a workshop for our students.

New courtyard development

One of the first phases of the development at Vale Head is the courtyard. There will be a balcony accessing first floor workshops and a culinery herb garden in the couryard itself. Much of the work will be a collaboration between staff and students.

We would like to use recycled materials wherever possible to replace the shabby and dated plastic cladding. We aim to create an intimate and welcoming space for students, staff and visitors.
